Edgar was very professional, patient, and detailed all the things he found. Also explained what I could do to have it fixed properly. There were just 2 major issues that allowed us to negotiate with the seller, having this report. He was early, did an extremely thorough job, showed us his findings, and wrote a report that was very easy for us to understand.
